I'm all for freedom of expression. Sagging pants annoy the hell out of me, though, possibly because the people wearing them usually walk slowly. I'm conflicted.

I would probably get the warning. Just because I'm loosing weight and my pants are all too big. I pull them up occasionally so I don't get to the disorderly conduct stage.
