amendment to previous list
butter pecan ice cream is not a meal
I should go grocery shopping for stupidly easy-to-prepare things to eat.
(I don't like to cook when I'm feeling un-great in the mental health realm. I don't think it so much about the tastiness of ice cream as the simple fact that it's palatable and filling and there.)
