Sep. 23rd, 2008 06:15 pmIs anyone else getting LJ banner ads for...turtles? I keep getting one offering "High quality turtle products & live turtles at WEB BUSTER PRICES" shipped to my door, and introducing me to Stevie the red ear slider with no eyes!
I dunno, the internet just isn't the first place I'd look for a turtle if I wanted one. But I guess they're trying to change that? Still, people buying/selling live animals over the internet makes me twitch.
