balmofgileadWhy does Dick's Sporting Goods online charge sales tax on items shipped to just a few states, including California, when California is one of the few states they *don't* have stores in? Usually the guideline is that if the company has bricks-and-mortar stores in a state then they charge sales tax for items shipped there, otherwise they don't.
