Yoga tomorrow at 8:30. Not because it's a new year, but because it'll be a new day.

And because the yoga studio near me is having a week where you can try any class for free :)

That is something I want to do and haven't, yet. It's on my list, though, and when my soul feels the time is NOW, I will look into it.

I, um...decided at 8 am that I'll go tomorrow evening instead. (today's beginner class was at 8:30). I really need to get into some sort of regular routine for de-stressing, and since yoga has the mental and physical components, it seems like it'll be perfect.
